Team Store FAQs
How much does it cost to set up a custom online team store for my group?
Setting up your web store is completely free! All we ask is a commitment to a minimum purchase of 25 apparel items. If your group doesn’t meet this minimum, a $50 setup fee will apply. Fortunately, most groups easily reach the minimum! We’ll be here every step of the way to help you promote your store and ensure its success.
What products can we offer on our store?
You can offer any combination of products, brands, and styles, or products in your web store! The number or products, brands, etc. is completely up to you! Our specialized team is happy to provide product recommendations as we set up your team store.
What is the timeline for getting the online team store set up?
It normally takes 7 business days to set up your custom store once we have approved art for your gear!
What is the timeline for getting the finished custom apparel after ordering?
Orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days after being placed.
How is the price determined for the items in our online team store?
The pricing is up to you! Our team will provide you with wholesale pricing for the items, and you can decide if you’d like to raise it. Raising the purchase price is an easy way to fundraise for the team. The choice is yours!
How do you ship the orders to our group?
Our team individually bag and tag each order. You have the option of individually shipping each order or we can ship the orders in one box, individually bagged, and you can pass it our at your next practice or group meeting! You can make that choice when your online store is set up.
